UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENTS

It’s really important to use that we offer and deliver the service you require so understanding your requirements is the first thing we do.
ESTIMATE

Once we’ve established your requirements and specced the job as we have agreed we will go away and prepare a detailled estimate for you to digets and and approve.
CONTRACT

To get the job moving we will both signa a contract of engagement so we both know what the responsibilities of each party are.
PRODUCT ORDER

Once formally engaged we will place the order for the products you have chosen.
ARRANGE INSTALLATION

After order we will be able to arrange and agree an installation date. The lead time of each job varies, depending on capacity and which product has been ordered.
CONSTRUCTION

If your project includes any construction work, for example, if you were getting a new porch, it would be done at this stage.
INSTALL

Time for fitting! You new widows, doors and conservatory will be expertly installed.
DEMONSTRATION

Once installed we walk you through your new doors and windows. Showing you how the mechanisms and locks work so you have piece of mind moving forward.
AFTERCARE

It doesn’t end there. If you have any questions or in the unlikely event of something going wrong just give us a shout and we’ll happily help.
